Job Description
- Implements HSEE Site strategy.
- Prepares internal instructions for release.
- Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs
- Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures.
- Organizes waste management and recycling.
- Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance.
- Conducts environmental and safety related trainings.
- Creates environmental emergency plan.
- Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system.
- Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents.
- Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related certificates .
- 1:3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Certified Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Specialist with recognized certification from NIOSH or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid certification,Completed Fire Fighting training.
- Professional Command in English.
- Certified in OSHA General Industry Standards.
- Good knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, risk assessment, ISO 45001,14001 and incident investigation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and employee awareness sessions.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial facilities.
- Experience in Exell, power BI, word and PowerPoint.
