Naurex International is seeking a dedicated HSE Audits & Training Engineer to join our team in Nigeria.
This role is vital for maintaining our high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. You will be responsible for conducting thorough HSE audits, developing and delivering training programs, and ensuring adherence to all company HSE rules and incident reporting procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a safe and compliant operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE audits and ensure compliance with company training rules.
- Manage incident and anomaly reporting processes.
- Develop and deliver effective HSE training programs.
- Utilize Synergi software for reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HSE practices.
Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Engineering or Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years’ HSE experience, with operational exposure in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of company HSE training rules and incident/anomaly reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Office, database management, and Synergi skills.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Experience in procedures, investigations, reporting, auditing, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
