H&S engineer
As our H&S engineer, you will: The occupational safety and health engineer is trained to organize and directly manage the occupational health and safety service, in order to protect both the Company and the life and health of employees. Studies the safety of the work environment, technological procedures and working conditions. Creation of regulations, instructions, safety and protective measures procedures, monitors and supervises their implementation and effectiveness. Creates a program of measures to improve working conditions. In places with exceeded harmful values, it proposes technical protection, prescribes and determines the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, organizes the installation of warning boards about prohibitions, dangers and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (protective clothing, footwear and other equipment). H&S engineer is obliged to organize and conduct seminars for training employees for safe work, to check their knowledge and skills in occupational safety. H&S engineer is also in charge of organizing the first aid service in the plant.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Faculty diploma in technical direction
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (priority) or German, both spoken and written
- Driver's license
