HRIS Time and Absence Analyst
Job Summary
The Applications Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM Pro) and Workday Time & Absence modules. This role emphasizes expertise in UKG Time Clock management, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems. Experience in UKG Data Hub is a plus
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Maintenance
- Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling.
- Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning.
- Support UKG application management day to day activities
- Support Workday Time & Absence configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Implementation & Integration
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades.
- Ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday for time and absence data.
- Participate in testing cycles (Unit, UAT, End-to-End) and document results.
