Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Smyrna, Ga area that is looking to add an HRIS Specialist (UKG) to support and optimize human resources systems for their growing organization. This role focuses on maintaining reliable system performance, strengthening data accuracy, and improving reporting capabilities across HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, hands-on UKG expertise, and a proactive approach to system administration and process support.

Responsibilities

• Administer UKG system settings, permissions, and security access to ensure stable and compliant day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate or assist with platform enhancements, module rollouts, and integrations connected to other business applications.

• Monitor data quality within the HRIS environment and develop reports that identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Configure and maintain benefits administration functionality within UKG to support accurate enrollment and related processes.

• Produce and refine standard and ad hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders using system reporting tools and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate user concerns, and recommend practical solutions that improve usability and efficiency.

• Partner with internal teams to document requirements, test system changes, and support successful delivery of HRIS initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience working with HRIS platforms, including hands-on UKG administration or support.

• Knowledge of HRIS configuration, reporting, user security, and access management.

• Experience supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, or platform integrations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data integrity and resolve system-related issues.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

• UKG certifications preferred.
