About the Role The role provides daily operational and systems support to the Senior Manager, HR, assisting with administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of League HRIS platforms. This is a hands-on, data-driven position focused on system transactions, data accuracy, reporting, audits, and process improvements across HRIS platforms. What You'll Do
- Support the daily administration of HRIS platforms, including onboarding, employee data changes, and organizational maintenance
- Manage time and attendance processes for legacy systems and the new time-tracking platform
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data across all HR systems
- Assist with system configurations, workflow routing, and user security access as needed
