Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Apoyar el desarrollo y comunicación efectiva entre los equipos
• Brindar apoyo a empleados y Line Managers en SAP, SucessFactors y ServiceNow
• Apoyar la agenda estratégica de people y de learning.
• Administración de los practicantes del área.
• Control y auditoría de archivos y records.
• Responsable del ciclo de vida del empleado.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Estudiante activo de las carreras de: Administración, Recursos Humanos, Psicología organizacional, Ingeniería industrial o afines; con graduación proyectada para finales de 2027 o fecha posterior.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio avanzado.
• Nivel intermedio en Excel y PowerPoint. Conocimiento intermedio de Canva.
• Buenas habilidades analíticas y de organización, pasión por aprender, proactividad y comunicación efectiva
• Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma hibrida en las mañanas.
