About the Role Join Autoliv Queretaro West as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) focused on building a healthy, respectful work environment and applying the organization’s standards. You will support employees, address workplace concerns, and collaborate with departments to minimize turnover and absenteeism. The role also covers pre-payroll support, employee transportation, cafeteria services, and safeguarding personnel records.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate to maintain a healthy and respectful work environment, applying discipline and the standards established by the organization.
- Provide support to employees and address workplace concerns, offering alternatives and assistance to help minimize the impact on job performance and productivity.
- Work closely with other departments to keep turnover and absenteeism among the lowest in the region.
- Support pre-payroll activities, employee transportation, cafeteria services, and ensure compliance with administrative guidelines for the proper management and safeguarding of employee records.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Psychology.
- 4+ years of experience in a related position.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience managing or supporting a headcount of 1,500+ employees.
