About the Role
Oak Exclusive is seeking an HR & Welfare Officer to provide dependable HR leadership for a workforce of 20–99 employees, covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll, staff development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard employees across production and support roles.
- Resolve employee issues fairly in collaboration with department managers.
- Conduct performance reviews and help managers translate feedback into employee development.
