Company Overview artofbicycletrips.com is an active travel company organising multiday cycling, hiking and active culture holidays. We organize tours in more than 30 destinations across Asia, Europe, South America and Africa. Our clients are from North America (USA and Canada), the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Position Overview We are hiring an HR / Talent Acquisition professional to set up and run the people function at Art of Bicycle Trips. This is a fully remote role with end-to-end ownership of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes and hiring for a growing team.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain HR policies suited to a small, remote team.

Set up onboarding and offboarding SOPs so that every new joiner and every leaver has a smooth, consistent experience.

Source amazing talent: own candidate sourcing across channels, build talent pipelines and drive hiring end to end.

Coordinate interviews and selection with the founders and team leads.

Keep employee records, documentation and HR processes organised.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on exposure to HR operations and hiring.

Strong written and spoken English.

High ownership: able to run the HR function independently in a remote setup.

Organised, process-driven and good with people.
What We Offer
- Salary: Rs 12-16 lakhs per year.
