Job title: HR Systems Analyst
About the Role The HRIS & Technologies team is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to partner with business users, design and implement HRIS processes, and provide data-driven insights. You will maintain and optimize HR systems and collaborate across our global teams.
What You'll Do
- Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements, design and implement HRIS processes, and produce functional and design documentation.
- Leverage BI platforms, HCM systems, integrations, SQL, ETL, and AI tools to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of HR systems with collaboration across our US, Japan, and Europe teams.
What We're Looking For
- Academic degree in industrial engineering, information systems engineering, or computer science.
- At least 2 years' experience collecting requirements from business users, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional IT systems.
- Ability to perform requirements analysis and write design and functional documentation.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HCM admin; integrations knowledge (API, middleware); SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL); ETL concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, HTML.
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms; ServiceNow implementation.
- Knowledge of BI platforms (Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI) and data visualization/dashboard design.
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks.
