Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records management.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employee relations matters.

Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations, performance documentation, and personnel changes.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate benefits enrollment, employee status changes, payroll updates, and other HR administrative activities.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulatory requirements, and established HR best practices.

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Job Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or similar role.

Experience supporting HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.

Preferred: Previous HR experience working for a government contractor, supporting government contracts, or working directly with a federal, state, or local government entity.

Preferred: Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS, including employee records management, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.

Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

Experience maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
