HR Specialist
As our HR Specialist, you will: Comprehensive payroll and HR services for staff; entering and updating data in the HR and payroll system (SAP); assisting with the calculation of salaries and employee benefits, and preparing payrolls; preparing Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) declarations and managing the Employee Pension Scheme (PPK); managing the workflow for invoices relating to personal cost; collaborating with external temporary workers agencies; recruiting and onboarding staff for production roles; participating in projects and implementing initiatives in the area of soft HR; taking the lead on employer branding initiatives.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience) We’re looking for someone who demonstrates: Specialist qualifications in human resources and payroll; at least 2–3 years’ experience working in an HR/personnel/payroll department within an international organisation; practical knowledge of legislation relating to employment law, social security and tax law; very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; conversational English; suitable personal qualities, i.e. highly developed interpersonal skills, independence, excellent organisational skills, the ability to work in a team, attention to detail, responsibility and commitment; highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
