About the Role The HR Shared Services Lead will oversee HR Shared Services operations in Suzhou, China, ensuring efficient HR process delivery, data accuracy, and high-quality service. This role partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable HR services that support the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team in Suzhou, China to deliver timely HR processes, accurate employee data handling, and excellent service.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and SLA adherence across HR service delivery.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations for the local population.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Monitor metrics, generate reports, and continuously improve the employee experience.
- Represent HR Shared Services in local cross-functional initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in HR Shared Services or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and data management, with a track record of process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational, matrixed environment with strong cross-cultural communication.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; relevant HR certification is a plus.
