About this role
The HR Shared Services Lead is a critically important role responsible for establishing and leading a newly-formed HR Shared Services team. This leader will build the foundation for a centralized, efficient, and high-performing HR Operations function to deliver excellent service to employees and key stakeholders. This role will require collaboration across multiple teams and time zones.
This position will play a pivotal role in supporting HR processes, managing service delivery, and providing leadership for a seamless employee experience. The HR Shared Services Lead will also be responsible for hiring and onboarding additional team members to expand the newly created shared services team.
