About the Role The HR Services Administrator provides first-level support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and delivering efficient, accurate basic transactional processing. The role ensures a positive employee experience by addressing routine HR questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes. What You'll Do
- First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries, providing timely, accurate responses.
- Answer internal inquiries and perform transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System).
- Escalate issues to second level support or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue.
- Input basic employee data into the HRIS System database and / or documenting activities as requested.
- Generate basic reports and performance measurements.
- Review documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verify their accuracy.
- Support in various coordinative tasks for HR and collaborate on HR processes and process optimizations. What We're Looking For
- Commercial training completed; 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Administrative support and HR operations.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and resilience; ability to work independently and self-manage.
- Flexibility and openness to change; team collaboration and customer/service orientation.
- Quality-focused mindset; proficiency in MS Office; strong IT affinity.
