HR Reporting Intern - Your future position?
-
In this role you will support the Global HR Support & Analytics team by providing first-level support for reporting and analytics requests, responding to customer queries, assisting with HR systems administration activities, and delivering ad hoc reporting solutions.
Main responsibilities
-
Act as a first-level support contact for reporting and analytics-related customer queries
-
Create ad hoc reports and analyses, utilize Excel, Power Query, Power BI and reporting tools

Support recurring reporting and dashboard maintenance
-
Perform data quality checks
-
Assist with HR systems administration activities

Maintain documentation and knowledge articles
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Our requirements:
-
Ongoing full-time bachelor's or master's degree programme at a Hungarian university (HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field)

Fluency in English
-
Advanced Excel skills and good SQL knowledge
-
Working knowledge of Power Query and basic experience with Power BI

Understanding of DAX concepts and calculations
