Job title: HR & Recruitment Administrator
About the Role This is a temporary HR & Recruitment Administrator role based onsite in Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire. You will support the Recruitment Coordinator and wider HR team in hiring and onboarding temporary staff during the Christmas peak, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role is FTC up to 5 months, working Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with a pay rate of £14.91 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Be the "voice of MandM," delivering a great recruitment experience to all applicants.
- Carry out high-volume recruitment calls (80+ per day) to applicants, balancing quality and quantity within set targets. Issue official Offer of Employment letters.
- Update, maintain, and confidentially manage candidate records and HR systems.
- Respond to candidate enquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Assist with organisation and completion of new starter inductions.
- Support the Recruitment Coordinator with data and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits
