About the Role
The HR & Recruiting Associate will support Mindgruve's HR department with daily HR and talent acquisition functions. This role assists our US operations with recruiting, onboarding, employee events, and compliance to help drive growth and maintain compliant HR programs.
What You'll Do
- Assist hiring managers with drafting or updating job descriptions, posting new jobs on our Careers page, and creating screening questions
- Coordinate the interview process (either virtual or in-person) and participate in the candidate experience to ensure applicants have a pleasant experience
- Work within our applicant tracking system, manage candidates in the system, and coordinate new user training
- Track job milestones and maintain reports to monitor the recruiting process, providing weekly updates
