Join us as an HR Project Manager – Systems, where you will lead and coordinate impactful HR initiatives that drive our organization forward. Imagine managing payroll-related projects, navigating policy changes, and integrating M&A efforts while transforming HR processes for greater efficiency. You will build and maintain project plans and tracking tools that support effective planning and decision-making. Engage proactively with key partners across the company, ensuring timely communication and collaboration as you monitor project activities and track achievements. Your leadership in project meetings will be crucial as you document requirements, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including payroll-related projects, policy changes, M&A integration, and HR transformation efforts.
- Build and maintain project plans and progress tracking tools to support planning and decision-making.
- Proactively engage with key partners across the company to ensure timely communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute critical metrics to stakeholders.
- Analyze and manage project risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies and validating project deliverables.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
- Proven track record in managing HR systems projects, such as HCM implementations.
- Experience in multi-country project management.
- Strong ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborative approach, engaging with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and management.
