About the Role Johnson Controls is seeking an HR Project professional based in York, PA. The role supports HR initiatives and program delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives within the Human Resources organization. What You'll Do
- Lead or support HR project initiatives from planning to execution, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, risks, and communication
- Gather and analyze HR data, prepare reports for leadership, and help implement process improvements
- Support change management, training, and communications related to HR programs What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in HR project coordination or program support
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR processes (talent, compensation, benefits) is a plus
