About the Role Syensqo is seeking an HR professional with Payroll and Benefits experience to handle Payroll & HR admin activities, ensure compliance, accuracy and on-time delivery, and support process improvements in a global, diverse environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver operational services under the defined scope with high accuracy and in a timely manner per procedures, maintaining quality and compliance.
• Provide prompt responses and solutions to stakeholders according to Process documentation.
• Process confidential data and support or lead initiatives in process and performance improvements.
• Maintain and update procedures and the operational database; follow group and local rules, policies, and procedures within your domain.
• Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations from internal auditors, Service Units, and Service Lines.
• Take ownership of inquiries, manage requests, dispatch and escalate unresolved problems; prioritize multiple topics.
• Provide translations on request and deliver training in HR tools and processes.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as country focal for one country, serving as consultant to business leaders/HR colleagues on payroll processes and policies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• More than 8 years' payroll experience with solid knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and effective time management.
• Proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail and commitment to strong operational standards.

Nice to Have

• SAP knowledge is a plus.
