HR People Operations Associate Mexico – Queretaro
What you will do
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling and coordination
- Provide administrative support to HR, including reporting and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries and support HR-related requests
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Support implementation of HR policies and process improvements
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
