Job Description Huko Advisory Services is seeking a dedicated HR / Payroll Supervisor to provide essential support to our HR department in Lagos.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all HR activities, including managing payroll, updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also post job ads, prepare HR reports, and address employee queries regarding benefits.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and possesses a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Excellent writing, editing, and research skills are crucial, alongside strong computer proficiency and the ability to work independently. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion is expected. Preference will be given to candidates residing along the Lekki–Ajah axis.
Benefits include a monthly salary of ₦250,000, HMO coverage, and leave allowance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all HR activities and management of payroll.
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data such as leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed, such as training budgets by department.
- Address employee queries about benefits, such as the number of remaining vacation days.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Development Studies, Business, International Relations, or a related field.

HR certification is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
