Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Partner to drive the people agenda at the plant by aligning HR strategy with business priorities. The role will anchor industrial relations, workforce effectiveness, talent management, and culture building to enable a compliant, high-performing, and engaged manufacturing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Relations & Compliance
• Manage HR operations for a unionized workforce, including handling IR matters, disciplinary processes, and statutory compliance.
• Support and close social / compliance audits for the site.
• Workforce Planning & Organization Effectiveness
• Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and optimization in line with business needs.
• Partner with COEs to align organization structure and staffing with growth plans.
• Talent Management & Capability Building
• Assess capability gaps and drive talent reviews, succession planning, and pipeline development.
• Strengthen frontline and leadership capability through structured interventions.
• Performance Management
• Anchor goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
• Coach line managers to drive a high-performance culture.
• Compensation & Rewards
• Execute compensation and benefits processes aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Support annual cycles to ensure competitiveness and retention.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Act as a trusted partner to plant leadership; address grievances and foster a positive work climate.
• Drive engagement initiatives aligned to organizational values.
• HR Analytics & Governance
• Generate HR MIS, insights, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Identify trends and implement retention and productivity interventions.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification

• MBA / Master’s in Management from a reputed institute (preferably HR)

• Experience Range

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Plant HR / HRBP roles

• Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of social and compliance audits

• Hands-on experience in managing unionized workforce and IR matters

• Technical Skills

• Employee Relations, IR, and external stakeholder management

• Employee Engagement, Communication, Induction & Onboarding

• HR Business Partnering and Performance Management Systems

• Retention strategies and workforce engagement initiatives

• Compensation & Benefits execution

• Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (preferred)
