The incumbent’s will be a generalist, but specializes and is responsible for the following: Employee Services Assist employees with general employee inquiries or during crises by providing guidance related to employee policies and procedures. Provides information and facilitates the mobility requirements of the employee travelling locally or overseas. Facilitates employee-related meetings for site such as but not limited to focus group discussions, meetings with operations supervisors and managers. Communicate updates and information to the employees in relation to the scope of work.
