From Yazaki to strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our YEMEA Headquarters in Lummen.
What will you do:
Personnel Administration:
- Monitor and maintain the time registration system.
- Process adjustments in the time registration system.
- Administer new hire documentation and employment contracts.
- Manage offboarding documentation for departing employees.
- Administer home office arrangements.
- Maintain sick leave records.
- Organize medical examinations.
- Prepare warning letters and disciplinary documentation.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (sick leave, training hours, absences, lunch vouchers, insurance, social subscriptions, etc.).
- Coordinate international assignments and foreign employment administration.
- Support employee relocations.
- Manage hospital insurance administration.
- Manage AG insurance administration.
- Support and follow up on Social Medical Team activities.
Employee Support:
- Advise employees on HR-related matters.
- Support managers with HR-related questions and concerns.
Payroll:
- Prepare monthly payroll input data.
- Process payroll adjustments in the payroll system.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, or payroll support specially withing a HQ EMEA environment.
- Knowledge about Labour law & Employment law.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working with HR systems, time registration, or payroll systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented approach with the ability to support employees and managers professionally.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
