Section: About the Role A luxury fashion house specialising in bridal couture, bespoke tailoring, and premium ready-to-wear fashion is seeking an experienced HR & Operations Lead to oversee HR functions and daily business operations.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions, employee performance, and engagement.
- Manage daily operations, workflows, and team accountability.
- Track KPIs, coordinate projects, and prepare management reports.
- Improve HR policies and operational processes.
Section: Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in HR, Operations, or People Operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Fashion, retail, or creative industry experience is an advantage.
Section: Work Schedule
- Monday–Saturday, with 1–2 remote days during the week.
- Saturday on-site attendance is compulsory due to bridal consultations, fittings, appointments, and order coordination.
