About the Role This is a remote, part-time volunteer role with Abuse Refuge Org. The HR Onboarding & Offboarding Manager will oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and lead the related team to ensure a smooth experience for volunteers. What You'll Do
- Oversee onboarding processes for new volunteers and team members
- Oversee offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Lead and manage the onboarding/offboarding team What We're Looking For
- SHRM-CP/ SCP preferred
- Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to volunteer 10–15 hours/week and participate in fundraising
