Job Summary
- We are hiring an HR Officer to support our growing team and help build a professional, people-first workplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction
- Maintain employee records, contracts and attendance
- Support payroll processing and manage leave and benefits
- Handle employee relations, discipline and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training and performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
-
CIPM membership (or in progress) is an advantage
-
2+ years’ HR experience, preferably in retail or hospitality

Excellent communication, discretion and organisational skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
