About the Role Guidehouse is seeking an HR Officer in People and Culture to help measure engagement, assess the impact of people practices, and drive wellbeing initiatives. The role involves creating engagement dashboards, monitoring social media trends, and supporting organization-wide communication.
What You'll Do
- Creating ways to measure and assess engagement - example, surveys
- Support assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience.
- Assist to create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being through interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair for creative communication.
- Support creation of engagement dashboards like employee engagement dashboards, Diversity dashboards etc.
- Should be a social media enthusiast and watch over the trends of other organizations leveraging social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Work on various employee engagement initiatives organization-wide.
- Support the team with organization communication channels
- Constant learner and active listener with an inclusive mindset.
- Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Postgraduates in Human Resource Management (MBA with specialization in HR) regular / fulltime.
- Relevant experience of 1 year and above.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word Mandatory.
