Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the effective delivery of HR operations and consulting services.
• The role will involve employee management, recruitment, HR documentation, client support, and coordination of HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in delivering HR consulting projects and client assignments.
• Prepare HR reports, policies, presentations, and other professional documentation.
• Liaise with clients and employees to address HR-related enquiries and requirements.
• Support HR audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training, meetings, and other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian Labour laws.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
