Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Administer HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of relevant HR experience.

Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
