Responsibility:
- Coordinate recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for approved vacancies.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on open vacancies.
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across operational locations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records and HR databases.
- Process employee documentation relating to appointments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, deployments and exits. Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology or a related discipline.

CIPM or other relevant professional HR certification is an added advantage.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within logistics, transportation, fleet management, manufacturing or another operational environment.

Experience supporting recruitment and employee relations processes.

Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll and benefits administration.
