Job title: HR & Marketing Specialist
About the Role OHB Czechspace s.r.o. in Brno-Medlánky is looking for a HR & Marketing Specialist to support both human resources and public relations/marketing activities in a hands-on, international space environment. Join a young, skilled team contributing to ESA projects and shaping the future of space.
What You'll Do
- Human Resources and Recruitment activities
- Supporting a wide range of activities in a human resources field (mainly recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training & development)
- Working closely with HR Generalist to make sure HR operations run smoothly
- Public Relations and Marketing activities
- Formulating Public Relations and Marketing plans and strategies in line with the company's objectives
- Developing and organizing marketing campaigns to strengthen OHB Czechspace's public presence, communicating with media, preparing press articles
- Managing the company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), monthly planning and preparation of texts for posts, active communication within the network
- Creation and maintenance of website content
- Coordination and support of company´s representation at fairs and conferences
What We're Looking For
- Experience either in marketing (content creation) or in HR (preferably also in recruitment)
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Very good communication skills in both Czech and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Possibility of part-time work (minimum 30 hours/week)
