Role Summary
An experienced HR Manager is needed to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee performance, engagement, and welfare.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- FMCG industry experience is preferred.
