HR Manager

About the Role Lead and manage the full human resources function for a mining company in KwaZulu-Natal, ensuring labour relations, legislative compliance, and people development align with operational objectives. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the full HR function in support of business objectives and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, employment regulations and company policies.
• Manage labour relations, including disciplinary processes, grievances, dispute resolution and employee relations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, organised labour and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee records.
• Drive employment equity, skills development, succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management on people-related matters and legislative compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to promote operational excellence.
• Ensure accurate HR reporting, record management and compliance documentation.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture.
