About this role
HR Manager will execute and manage the HR function in the hotel according to the company’s competencies and policies, processes and tools for people management, always focusing on ensuring a positive experience for employees and candidates throughout their lifecycle.
Lead and manage HR activities within the hotel, ensuring alignment with policies, processes and tools for people management. Deliver a high-quality experience for employees and candidates across all stages of the lifecycle. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations; partner with hotel leadership to drive a service-oriented culture. Ensure compliance with HR standards and local regulations; drive HR projects and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other functions to promote talent development and retention across the property.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law or similar, with specialization in HR. High level English. Experience in Recruitment 2.0 and selection; knowledge of job boards and social networks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and SuccessFactors. Knowledge of hotel operations. Leadership and ability to manage teams; service orientation; proactivity; organization; communication and influence; strategic vision. Availability to reside in Zahara (Cadiz).
