Section: The Role We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to oversee the People Operations function at our organization in Ikeja, Lagos. This hybrid role is essential for driving structure, performance, and employee relations while optimizing HR processes within a fast-paced business environment.

- Manage recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee performance management and KPI tracking.
- Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Lead learning and development programs.
- Ensure efficient HR administration and workforce planning.

- CIPM/SHRM certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
