We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee the People Operations function at our organization in Ikeja, Lagos.
This full-time, hybrid role is essential for driving structure, performance, employee relations, and optimizing HR processes within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee performance management and KPI tracking.
- Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation.
