About the Role
HIS DulCe, operating apartments, a restaurant, a coffee lounge, and an event hall, is seeking an HR Manager to ensure HR compliance, manage recruitment, and maintain workforce stability across its hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and ensure timely, accurate filing of PAYE, PenCom, and NSITF contributions.
- Recruit and onboard front-of-house, kitchen, and apartment staff.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and personnel files across rotating shifts.
- Support staff retention and ensure smooth workforce management across business units.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of payroll administration and statutory HR compliance.
- Strong recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Availability to work on-site, including weekends and event days.
