About the Role The HR Manager role at DHL Supply Chain provides strategic HR counsel to leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. You will lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support, partner with business leaders to embed people into the business strategy, and drive employee engagement and organizational change.
What You'll Do
- Partner to proactively identify and solve issues for business leaders
- Lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support and advisory services
- Work with leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
- Monitor the pulse of employees to ensure high engagement and coach associates at all levels
- Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects
- Be a strong, influential voice in management discussions
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English-Spanish): Speak, read, write at Advanced/Fluent level
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Experience as an HR Manager or equivalent in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to partner with distribution centers and regional offices and build strong relationships
- Strong advisory, coaching, and communication skills with a high degree of integrity and customer focus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 - $150,000 per year
