About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and people strategy within a fast-paced organisation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ HR experience.
- 1–2 years’ experience in Construction or Real Estate (mandatory).
- Must reside in Abuja.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
