Job Description We are seeking a seasoned and experienced HR Manager to join a prominent supermarket in Abuja. This role is crucial for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and contributing to the company's growth.

  • Developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Managing staff welfare, grievances, and exit procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and employee management.
  • Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an added advantage.
