- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labour laws.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation, and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports. Section: Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
