HR Management Internship Porto San Giorgio - November 2026
During this 6-months internship, you will support the HR team based in Porto San Giorgio plant in all the activities related to the function.
Job responsibilities
In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Support the recruitment activities: job descriptions draft and publication, CV screening, candidate journey, application follow-up, recruitment reports;
- Analysis of HR metrics and trends, with a focus on optimizing existing reports and developing new ones;
- Active participation in the budgeting process to identify and collect FTE needs and analyse cost elements;
- Coordinate the HRIS processes (hiring, suspension, termination, etc.);
Profile
Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management or similar;
- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills;
- Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, team-working attitude, and flexibility;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong passion for the Luxury world.
