About the Role Join Belfius Insurance for a dynamic HR internship within the Talent Team, where recruiters and HR Business Partners collaborate daily to deliver an excellent employee and candidate experience. You'll gain practical experience with real responsibilities, and the program is built with you to align with your learning goals.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to recruitment (screening, interviews, talent search, candidate tracking)
- Optimize the candidate journey
- Participate in HR communication and employer branding
- Support the activities of HR Business Partners
- Contribute to talent development initiatives and team collaboration
- Support reporting and data analysis within the Talent team
- Discover Belfius' fast, kind, collaborative, and solution-oriented way of working; the exact focus of your internship will be defined together
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a HR-related program and nearing completion
- Trilingual (Dutch/French/English)
- Quick learner and comfortable with digital tools
- Real eagerness to learn, take initiative, and take responsibility for tasks
- Clear communication, collaborative spirit, and not afraid to ask questions
