About the Role Join the Wipes Plant in Mequienza as an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a manufacturing environment and contribute to employee engagement and culture.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates for plant-wide positions.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and facilitating onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Help coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct research on best HR practices and assist in implementing new policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback on workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR within a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €1,000 - €1,400 per month (monthly pay).
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement at the Dodot Wipes Plant in Mequienza.
