Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

Generate business leads and support new client acquisition.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with employers.

Represent the organization in business meetings and networking events.

Support senior management in client engagement and hiring projects.

Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.

Contribute to business growth through recruitment and client relationship initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
