Dior is looking for an HR profile to join our Milan office and support the team in all department activities.
Job responsibilities
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
- CV screening
- Telephone interviews, as well as scheduling and managing individual interview agendas both on-site and remotely
- Job posting publication, shadowing during individual interviews
ORGANIZATION
- Job description updates
- Organization chart updates
- Document archiving support
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Support in organizing company presentation days and student networking events, in coordination with the participating universities and schools.
PAYROLL & BENEFITS
- Tracking expiration dates for temporary contracts, agency workers, and internship projects.
- Employee database updates
Profile
Technical skills:
- Foreign language proficiency (English; French is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Soft & Interpersonal skills:
